Default Company Branding

Branding and logo assets added here will be used when needed for display of your company logo to the public.  This happens during the online booking process, gift card purchasing, waiver signing, and also as a part of automated email communications, in confirmation emails, receipts and follow up emails (among others).

RKd can also accommodate companies with multiple locations which are branded differently either due to activity type or through the acquisition of an existing business in the same industry.  In these situations, you will still need to upload the main company branding assets here as part of the company settings but you can override those assets in the location settings for the individual locations if needed.

Light Mode Logo

The logo uploaded here will be used when a light background is presented to the user.  Logo's with darker colors should be used here.

Dark Mode Logo

The logo uploaded here will be used when a Dark background is presented to the user.  Logo's with white or lighter colors should be used here.

In both cases above, the ideal file format for logos is .png with a transparent background.  

App Logo

The logo uploaded here will be used for clients who are using the Axe Arcade Scoring App in their axe throwing facility.  In many cases, venues choose to use the same logo that is used for the Dark Mode Logo above but separating it provides an opportunity for a separate version of the logo if desired.

Target Image

Again, when using the Axe Arcade Scoring App, this image is what will be used to overlay the the scoring rings in the app.  Editing this image will not change the touch zones used in the app but you can add your logo to the bullseye or blue dot area's if you would like.  If you choose to do this, make sure not to edit the size of the file or the proportions of the scoring rings and always confirm that your changes look good on the actual tablet before “calling it good”.
