Membership Confirmation Checks

Membership Confirmation Checks are an entirely optional set up option but when they are added to a Membership Type, online customers will be required to check all of the boxes added before moving on to the next step of the purchase process.  Admins may add as many or as few Confirmation Checks as they feel appropriate for the Membership Type use case.  Some examples of Membership Confirmation Checks include:

  • I understand that my payment method will be automatically charged on the same day of each month upon the start of a new membership term.
  • I understand that I may turn off recurring billing at any time.  This will result in the expiration of my membership at the end of the term and I will lose any unused membership benefits.
  • I understand that membership payments are not refundable and will also not be refunded on a prorated basis.
    • (Membership Cancellation and Refund policies are 100% at the discretion of the venue)
  • I understand that if I cancel my membership, all future reservations where my membership benefits are being using will also be cancelled.
  • I understand that not all reservation packages provided by the venue are available for membership benefits to be applied to.
  • I understand that membership benefits will not be applied to fixed price, ranged group packages intended for large groups and membership benefits will only apply towards packages created with per person pricing.
