What are the different user Roles and Permission Levels

Company Admin  

• Complete, unrestricted access to see and edit all Company settings and reports at all Locations
• Able to create users of all permission levels

Manager - Similar to Company Admin in many ways but restricted to specific, selected Locations with limited access to change high level settings.

• Location access restricted to only the locations that the Company Admin has provided access to
• Edit Company Settings
  • No access to edit Company level Settings
• Edit Location Settings
  • No access to edit Location Settings
• Resource Type Settings
  • No to Resource Type settings
• Package Management
  • Full access to create and edit packages
• Reporting
  • Full reporting access at the locations they have been provided access to
• Membership Management
  • Full access to creating or editing Membership Types
  • Able to view and manage existing members
  • Able to sell in-person memberships
• Advanced POS
  • Full access to POS terminal (when enabled) with screen lock PIN.
  • Authority to use manager code for approving discounts and comps
  • Full Access to menu management
  • Full access to POS Admin Setup
• User Management
  • Able to create users off all permission levels *except for Company Admin

Assistant Manager (Advanced POS Only) - Similar to Manager level users but with no access to reporting.

• Location access restricted to only the locations that the Company Admin has provided access to

  • No access to edit Company level settings
• Edit Location Settings
  • No access to edit Location level settings
• Resource Type Settings
  • Read only access to Resource Type settings

Bartender (Advanced POS Only) - Essentially the same permissions as the bartender except that bartender users have the ability to open cash drawers without a cash sale

• Access restricted to ONLY the POS Terminal
