In addition to the prepaid, monthly Hours Allowance, venues can choose provide additional discounts to Active Members.
Merchandise Discounts - Percentage discounts provided to members during a POS transaction. Simply enter the Member ID into the appropriate field when completing a POS transaction and the appropriate member discount will be applied to the subtotal.
Reservation Discount After Allowance is Depleted - After a member has used all of their prepaid Allowance Hours, venues may choose to provide a discount to reservations made before the end of the membership term and a the Hours Allowance is reset. When this option is enabled, Members and admins will use the exact same booking process except that the member will be given a discount for the reservation rather than using their prepaid monthly hours.
