All-in, we estimate that you can set the whole system up for under $400 per target if you're being extra frugal and for around $500 per target if the sale prices are difficult to find at the time of hardware purchase.
Tablets - The scoring app was designed for android tablets rather than iOS because iPads are much more expensive and our recommended tablets are 10 inch Samsung Galaxy Tablets which cost about $200-$220 (USD) each on amazon unless you can find them on sale. The best we've found is $180 at a Target (that's when it was on sale).
Tablet Mounts - Out of all of our searching, this was the most affordable tablet holder we could find that actually provided a sturdy mount and, in our opinion, sufficient protection of the tablet. You can feel free to use any mount that makes sense for you and your facility.

Above Lane TVs - The TV requirements are extremely minimal and depending on what size TV you choose, are very affordable. We've found deals on 32" tvs for as low as $89 each and 43" tvs for about $150. These are basic 720p "Dumb" tvs that only need to have a HDMI input to operate the system correctly. We recommend the 43” for larger display.
TV Mounts - You can use any TV mount that works for you, but here is what we have used in our own venues to hang them at the throwers end of the lane. The bottom of the TV should ideally be 9 to 10 feet off the ground to be best protected from axes.
Android TV Box - (connects lane TVs to tablets) - The actual scoring display is then served up via HDMI from a $50 android tv box (Amazon Firestick alternative) that is built for displaying full screen apps on the TV.
