- Printers identified as connected to your network will appear in the app and be displayed with an IP address.
- What Is an IP address and what does an IP address look like?
- An IP address is a unique address that identifies a device on the internet or a local network. IP stands for "Internet Protocol," which is the set of rules governing the format of data sent via the internet or local network.
- An IP address is a string of numbers separated by periods. IP addresses are expressed as a set of four numbers — an example address might be 192.158.1.38
- Printing the Receipt Printer status receipt:
Access the Star Micronics Network Utility Settings / Web Configuration
- Open a new browser window on a Computer, Laptop, Tablet, or Smart Phone
- In the browser header, enter the IP address of the printer.
- Your internet connected device must be connected to the same network as the printer for this to work successfully. For example, if the printer has been connected to the "Staff Wifi" in your venue, the device you are using for this step must also be connected to the "Staff wifi" network.
- The Network Utility / Web configuration page displayed on your device should look similar to the following

poweredbyaxearcade.com/ - Be sure to copy and paste *exactly* and do not leave a space after the last forward slash
- https://cloudprnt.
