The Max Concurrent Reservations setting allows you to set a limit on how many reservations are allowed to start at the same time. For example if your venue has 12 reservable resources but you only want 4 reservations to start at any one time (including immediately upon opening for the day) you would set this setting to 4. You can of course decide to leave this setting empty and have no maximum but depending on your operations, you run the risk of starting too many reservations at once and deteriorating the customer experience.
Additionally, when reservations on the calendar meet this limit, the start time in the header turns red indicating that the maximum limit has been met.
