Customer Type Pricing

Using Customer Type Pricing allows you to charge different prices depending on the type of customer. Each package that uses Customer Type Pricing can use as many or as few of the pre-created Customer Types as needed to accomplish the goals of the package.  Additional Customer Types can be created by Company Admin users on the “Customer Types” page found in the left navigation. 

Using customer types for making online reservations does require a bit of the honor system upfront so we recommend adding notes in parenthesis as needed.  For example, ID required, Age limits, 1 per reservation (Bachelor/ette, birthday discount), etc…The most common Customer types are:

• Thrower, Participant, Golfer, Bowler, Escape Artist, etc
• Student (ID Required)
• Senior (65+)
• First Responder
• Youth (14 and under)
• Minor (17 and under)
• Ladies (ladies night discount!)
• Gentlemen
• Bachelor/ette (1 per reservation)
• Birthday Boy/Girl (1 per reservation)
• Military (ID Required)
• Partner Company Employee (ID Required)
  • This is great for local business partnerships and giving discounted pricing to their employees
• Community Resident
  • Similar to the Customer Type above, this works great for giving discounts to residents of local apartment communities

Uniform Pricing

This option is pretty straight forward, everyone is charged the same price.

**Please note that in order to change the package settings from one pricing model to another, you must first remove all existing group sizes from the package.
