Once you've created all of the Group Sizes needed for your Package, you'll need to add pricing for each Group Size. As with the Group Size setup, the Pricing Table is extremely flexible and we'll go through all of the available settings combinations below.
Per Person Pricing - Uniform Pricing
For every Group Size and Duration that you create in a package there will be a corresponding Pricing Table at the bottom of the pricing tab. The screenshot below shows a single Pricing Table for a Group Size of 1 to 6 guests, priced uniformly per person with 3 different duration options.

Each duration has 3 main elements, the Standard Price, the Peak Price and the Add-on Price.
The Standard Price is what a customer will pay when the reservation is made for the given duration. For example, in the screenshot above, the Standard Price for a 30 minute reservation is $20.00 while the Standard Price for a 60 minute reservation is $35.00.
- Some venues may not want to sell a 30 minute reservation but they DO want to sell 30 minute add-ons. In this case you will still add a 30 minute duration BUT you will leave the Standard Price blank for that duration. Leaving the Standard Price blank will mean that neither online customers nor your staff will able to create 30 minute initial reservations for the given Group Size. Staff will be able to sell 30 minute add-ons as long as there is a price entered in the add-on field.
The Peak Price is what a customer will pay if the original reservation is made during days and times that have been designated as “Peak Hours” in your Location settings or Resource Type settings. For example, if the venue featured above has Peak Hours set for Friday and Saturday evenings between 5pm and Midnight, any reservations that fall *entirely within those hours are charged the Peak Price instead of the Standard Price. If your venue does not utilize Peak Hours these fields can be left blank.
The Add-on Price is what a customer will pay when the duration is added to an already existing reservation. In the example above, each customer will be charged $20.00 for adding on 60 more minutes to their reservation. It is important to note that when adding on additional time, users will have the option to apply the add-on time to less than the total number of original guests. This allows for only part of the group to stay and participate in the additional time while others can leave without being charged for the additional time.
- Lastly, you will also notice that the Add-on option for the 120 minute duration has been left blank in the screenshot above. This means that the venue in this example is not offering 120 minute add-on options and a 120 minute option will not be presented to the staff. Leaving this field blank was an intentional decision by the admin of the venue.
Per Person Pricing - Customer Type Pricing
When packages make use of Customer Type Pricing a Pricing Table will be added for each of the Customer Types selected during set up. In the example below, the package has been created with 4 Customer Types and 3 Durations. The only major difference here is that pricing will need to be entered for each customer type where as the previous example only has one price that applied to all guests. While this can be a little tedious depending on the number of Customer Types, Group Sizes and Durations, this Pricing Table layout allows for extremely flexible and precise pricing for even the most complicated pricing models.

Group Pricing
The Pricing Table for ranged groups is nearly identical to the Uniform Pricing Per Person table. The major difference is that you will be entering the price for the group as a whole for each duration rather than the price for a single individual.

Don't forget that you can combine Per Person pricing models and Ranged Group pricing models within a single package. An example of this might look like the screenshot below.
