Emails Tab - Automated Email Notifications

Reservation Confirmation Email
This email is sent to the email address added by the user upon creation of a new reservation.  This confirmation email sends automatically whether the reservation was created through your website or by you or your staff. 
 
Reservation Confirmation Text Message
Similar to the email confirmation, text message notifications are sent to the customer upon creation of a new reservation whether it was created via your website or by a staff member on the calendar.  Text notifications must be turned on in the Setup tab of the Location Edit screen in order for text notifications to send.
 
24 Hour Reminder Email 
Reminder emails are sent 24 hours before the start of the reservation as a friendly reminder that the reservation is coming up.
 
Follow Up Email 
Thank you emails are sent to the email addresses of ALL participants (Gathered from waivers) after the completion of a reservation.
 
Gift Card Email 
Purchase confirmation and includes a printable PDF for easy printing to put in a birthday or holiday card.
 
Reservation Cancelled 
This email is sent when a staff member cancels a reservation AND chooses “Yes” when asked if you would like to notify the customer of the cancellation (Not all cancellation situations call for a notification email).
 
Score Email 
Score emails are generated by the Axe Arcade scoring app when the customer chooses to email themselves (or a league commissioner) the results of a game.  
 
Waiver Confirmation 
Waiver confirmations send automatically to the email address entered by the customer upon completion of a waiver.
