When enabled, RKd will automate short email based retargeting campaigns to online customers who have nearly completed an online reservation but for some reason did not complete the booking process. The three automated emails can be toggled on and off independently giving you the ability to decide which emails you would like to send if the reservation process is abandoned. Descriptions and examples of each email can also be found by selecting the helper icon next to each one.
Additionally, reporting on the Abandoned Reservation Retargeting features can be found in the Standard Reports section of the platform by choosing either the “Abandoned Cart Report” or the “Abandoned Cart Retargeting Status” from the dropdown menu.
