The default reminder text is set in the Resource Type settings but sometimes the default messaging isn't quite enough or simply doesn't apply in special circumstances. Usually this reminder content is used to remind the online customer that closed toed shoes are required, to arrive 15 minutes before the start of their reservation or maybe just to wear comfortable clothes.
Other times you might want to override that default messaging to call out the specifics of special package details like adult only (21+) times of day, reminder of bye weeks for your upcoming league or maybe a reminder that ID's will be required at checkin when using discounted Customer Types (ie. Student Discount). Certainly not required but it's here when you need it.
