Emails Tab - Follow Up Email Fields

At the end of every reservation, RKd sends a follow up email to each participant on the reservation using the email address that they entered when completing their waiver form.  This email is quite simple and includes a happy face and sad face in order to prompt your customers to give some feedback about their experience.  The happy face, when selected, will send the customer to any url that you specify in the accompanying field in this section.  Our recommendation is a google review link but you may enter any url that you like and it will function the same.

Conversely, if your customer selects the sad face in the email, a blank email will open with a prompt for them to tell you how their experience could have been better.  The field in this section labeled “Expereince could have been better email” is used for you to tell the system where you would like for the customers response to be sent to.

Let's face it, no one is perfect 100% of the time and eventually you'll run into a customer who leaves less than satisfied.  This sad face option serves 2 purposes.  First, the hope is that instead of writing a poor public review, the customer will choose to communicate this feedback directly to you and you will have the opportunity to remedy the situation before they go public.  Secondly, even if the customer had no intention of writing a bad review, this is a great opportunity for your customers to provide honest feedback no matter how big or small the suggestion may be.
