Active / Inactive Package Toggle

The default setting for this toggle is “Active” which means that all newly created Packages are immediately available for use by your staff in the Calendar Drawer and available to the public if/when they are added to your website.  Active packages can be hidden from the Calendar Drawer and your staff by deselecting the “Show Package in Drawer” toggle on the Advanced Settings tab.


Deactivating a package will trigger several actions once saved:

  • Existing reservations for a disabled package will not be cancelled or removed from your calendar and reporting on those reservations will be unaffected.  Disabling a package simply removes the option to create NEW reservations for that package.
  • Disabled packages will no longer be visible in the packages table as an active package.  In order to view, edit, or reactivate a disabled package, simply deselect the “Active Only” toggle at the top of your packages list.
  • A disabled package will no longer be displayed as an option in the Calendar Drawer by your staff.
  • Disabled packages will be removed from any Package Groups that they were previously a part of.
  • Disabled packages will not allow online customers on your website to complete a reservation if the package has not yet been removed from your website.  Disabling a Package does NOT remove the link to it from your website (except when added as a Package Group) but  it does keep online customers from being able to use the package while it is disabled.
