Minimum hours into the future to accept reservations

This setting is used to limit how close to the current time of day an online customer can make a reservation.  For example, you may want for online reservations to be made at least 1 hour in advance.  In this case you would simply enter “1” in the field.  In other situations you may want full facility reservations to be made at least 3 days in advance in order to ensure proper staffing for the event.  In this case you would enter “72” (hours) into the field.

  • This setting is not required and can be left blank if you do not need to set a minimum hour limit.

Maximum days into the future to accept reservations

This setting is used to limit how far into the future a reservation can be made by an online customer.  This is commonly used to place a limit on smaller group packages so that larger groups have the ability to book farther into the future without a small group “clogging up” the calendar.  For example, you may want for your small group package to only allow reservations to be made up to 30 days in advance.  In this case you would enter “30” into this field.

  • This setting is not required and can be left blank if you do not need to set a maximum day limit.
