When enabled, the first retargeting email will send in the evening, on the same day as the abandoned cart event, typically between the hours of 10pm and 2am. This first email is designed to gently remind the potential customer that they didn't complete the booking process and gives them a quick link back to the Book Now button located on your website. Don't forget to use the email customization tools in this section of the Location settings to add a testimonial/review and citation from one of your own customers (example below).
